I began looking for a newer vehicle over six months ago. I live north of San Antonio, Texas. From the initial call made to inquire if the truck can be seen, due to our time restraints since we were driving thru, Brittany was VERRY nice n accommodating. The entire service dept. team were super friendly, felt comfortable like family
I was in for Oil Change and software update for my GMC Truck. Brittany was very nice and kept aware on progress while I waited in lounge area.

Everything went okay. Was disappointed that the truck I wanted got wrecked bringing in to detail and I feel like I had to work way to hard to get the deal I wanted. Everyone was extremely friendly but I will say they don’t seem to be as friendly to each other as I heard two different conversations between employees that seemed like should have been done away from all customers. I have been using Beck n Masten for years! The salesman and financing staff are super sweet and try to make things work. They try to help you get the vehicle you’re looking for or at least something very similar they don’t force you into a vehicle you don’t want.

I can't adequately express what a great experience I had with Beck & Masten. I was interested in buying a 2013 FJ Cruiser long distance. Josh, the GM, was straightforward and transparent about the vehicle's condition, price, and no dealer fees. He emailed me all documentation while we were on the phone and we did the deal in maybe 30 minutes? He even held it on the lot for me for two weeks until I could fly down to TX to pick it up, with no paperwork in place.

my truck has been in and out of this dealership and they still have not fixed the problem what I sent it in for the last time they didn't fix that they fix something I didn't want them to really, but they didn't fix the problem and now it has to go back again very poor customer service

Great service! They take good care of your vehicle and let you know up front the needs and cost of service requirements. Recommend immediate and deferred maintenance. Deferred maintenance allows decisions and budgeting.

Just purchased a 2025 GMC Sierra 2500 HD from Beck and Masten GMC. Best car buying experience ever. Dominic Durrance in sales was great. He sold at the advertised internet price, gave me a good KBB value on my trade and did not try and pressure me into purchasing upgrades like extended warranties etc. I would definitely purchase from this dealership again.

Sales staff was very helpful, friendly & polite. Service waiting area was nice. Financing wasn't as good as expected. None of the banks we have accounts with were contacted. Financing came back with over a 10% interest rate. I mentioned one of our banks for 5.99% and we did get that. I shouldn't have needed to ask.
