Went for oil change appt 1:3. Didn't get out untill 4:20. I will not go again.

From the initial call made to inquire if the truck can be seen, due to our time restraints since we were driving thru, Brittany was VERRY nice n accommodating. The entire service dept. team were super friendly, felt comfortable like family

Everything went okay. Was disappointed that the truck I wanted got wrecked bringing in to detail and I feel like I had to work way to hard to get the deal I wanted. Everyone was extremely friendly but I will say they don’t seem to be as friendly to each other as I heard two different conversations between employees that seemed like should have been done away from all customers. I can't adequately express what a great experience I had with Beck & Masten. I was interested in buying a 2013 FJ Cruiser long distance. Josh, the GM, was straightforward and transparent about the vehicle's condition, price, and no dealer fees. He emailed me all documentation while we were on the phone and we did the deal in maybe 30 minutes? My service advisor, Rachel, was very professional, patient and helpful. Rachel was very thorough in explaining the requirements and protocol of an oil consumption test on my 2021 GMC Yukon. I did receive a loaner vehicle which helped tremendously. She’s amazing!

my truck has been in and out of this dealership and they still have not fixed the problem what I sent it in for the last time they didn't fix that they fix something I didn't want them to really, but they didn't fix the problem and now it has to go back again very poor customer service

Sales staff was very helpful, friendly & polite. Service waiting area was nice. Financing wasn't as good as expected. None of the banks we have accounts with were contacted. Financing came back with over a 10% interest rate. I mentioned one of our banks for 5.99% and we did get that. I shouldn't have needed to ask.
