They exceeded my expectations. I booked the appointment over the phone and did not know that they were overbooked for the day. I guess I talked to a call center for the booking and told them I had limited time, expecting 1-1.5 hrs wait. When I arrived for the appointment, they warned me that they were very busy and that they may have to get oil for my Honda, since it takes different oil than the GMC trucks. We took our Yukon in for a regular oil change and as always Group 1 took care of business in a timely and very professional manner. The service department is very friendly and helpful and always make our visits to the dealership a pleasant one. All three of the service advisors are great, Roberto, Rex, and Rachel.
