They exceeded my expectations. I booked the appointment over the phone and did not know that they were overbooked for the day. I guess I talked to a call center for the booking and told them I had limited time, expecting 1-1.5 hrs wait. When I arrived for the appointment, they warned me that they were very busy and that they may have to get oil for my Honda, since it takes different oil than the GMC trucks. They told me it could be 2 to 2.5 hrs. I explained that I would not have booked it that day if I had known. They understood and told me they would do their best. I think they jumped me ahead in line. I was in and out in about an hour and 45 mins, not much longer than I had expected. Now I also have the direct line to the service manager for when I book my next appointment.
